平衡火罐联合五输穴推拿治疗痰湿蕴肺证咳嗽患儿临床观察

Balance Cupping Combined with Five-acupoint Tuina on Infantile Cough Induced by the Syndrome of Phlegm-dampness Accumulation in the Lungs

目的探析平衡火罐联合五输穴推拿对痰湿蕴肺证咳嗽患儿的治疗效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年1月广州中医药大学深圳医院(福田)儿科收治的痰湿蕴肺证咳嗽患儿100例,采用信封随机分组法分为观察组、对照组,各50例。对照组予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予平衡火罐联合五输穴推拿治疗,持续干预5 d。比较两组发热、咳嗽咳痰、鼻塞流涕的中医证候积分,血清炎症因子水平及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组发热、咳嗽咳痰、鼻塞流涕的中医证候积分及血清炎症因子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组上述中医证候积分及血清炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的84.00%(42/50)(P<0.05)。结论平衡火罐联合五输穴推拿可改善痰湿蕴肺证咳嗽患儿发热、咳嗽咳痰、鼻塞流涕症状,减轻炎症反应,提高治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of balance cupping combined with five-acupoint tuina on infantile cough in⁃duced by the syndrome of phlegm-dampness accumulation in the lungs.Methods One hundred infantile cough patients induced by the syndrome of phlegm-dampness accumulation in the lungs who had been admitted to Shenzhen Hospital(Futian)of Guangzhou Uni⁃versity of Chinese Medicine between January 2021 and January 2023 were included as subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation and control groups by the sealed envelope method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received con⁃ventional treatment,while the observation group underwent intervention that consisted of balance cupping combined with five-acupoint tuina for five consecutive days on the basis of the control group.Pyrexia,cough and sputum,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score for nasal congestion and runny nose,serum inflammatory factor levels,and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores and serum inflamma⁃tory factors of fever,cough,phlegm and nasal obstruction between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above TCM syndrome scores and serum inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were sta⁃tistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than that of the control group(84.00%,42/50)(P<0.05).Conclusion Balance cupping combined with five-acupoint tuina can improve the symptoms of pyrexia,cough and sputum,nasal congestion and runny nose,alleviate the inflammatory response,and enhance therapeutic effects in children with cough induced by the syndrome of phlegm-dampness accumulation in the lungs.
