中药序贯法联合背部铺灸法治疗阳虚内寒型原发性痛经临床观察

Chinese Medicine Sequential Therapy Combined with Back Moxibustion in the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea of Yang Deficiency with Inner Cold Type

目的探讨中药序贯法联合背部铺灸法对阳虚内寒型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法选取南昌市洪都中医院2021年1月—2022年9月收治的60例阳虚内寒型原发性痛经患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为参照组、研究组,每组30例,分别给予常规西药治疗及中药序贯法联合背部铺灸法治疗。对比两组临床治疗总有效率,前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)、炎症介质白介素-6(IL-6)水平以及子宫动脉血流搏动指数(PI)、子宫动脉血流阻力指数(RI)。结果研究组临床治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于参照组的80.00%(24/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者PGF2α、IL-6、PI、RI均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对阳虚内寒型原发性痛经患者积极实施中药序贯法联合背部铺灸法,临床疗效确切,能有效抑制患者疼痛介质分泌、减轻其机体炎性反应,进而积极改善子宫动脉血流状况。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine sequential therapy combined with back moxibustion on pri⁃mary dysmenorrhea of yang deficiency with inner cold type.Methods Sixty patients with primary dysmenorrhea of yang deficiency and inner cold type treated in Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the objects of this study.Random number table method was used to divide them into control group and research group,with 30 cases in each group.Conventional Western medicine treatment and Chinese medicine sequential therapy combined with back moxibustion treatment were respectively adopted.The total effective rate,prostaglandin F2α(PGF2α),inflammatory mediators interleukin-6(IL-6),uterine artery blood pulsation index(PI)and uterine artery blood resistance index(RI)were compared between the two groups.Re⁃sults The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%(29/30),higher than that of the control group(80.00%,24/30)(P<0.05).The indexes of PGF2α,IL-6,PI and RI in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine sequential therapy combined with back moxibustion is effective for patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold type in Yang defi⁃ciency,which can effectively inhibit the secretion of pain media,reduce the inflammatory response of the body,and improve the uter⁃ine artery blood flow.
