中满分消丸加减联合西药治疗肝硬化失代偿期腹水临床观察

Zhongman Fenxiao Pill Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Decompensated Ascites in Liver Cirrhosis

目的探讨肝硬化失代偿期腹水运用中满分消丸加减联合西医治疗的效果。方法选取2020年2月—2022年2月江西省定南第二医院收治的肝硬化失代偿期腹水患者66例,依据治疗方法分为治疗组(中满分消丸加减联合西药治疗)、对照组(西医常规治疗),各33例。统计分析两组中医证候积分、体质量、腹围、24 h尿量、实验室检验指标、临床疗效及满意度。结果治疗组患者的腹水、腹痛、腹胀、神疲乏力的中医证候积分均低于对照组,体质量高于对照组,24 h尿量多于对照组,且腹围、中性粒细胞百分比(NEU%)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为90.91%(30/33),高于对照组的69.70%(23/33)(P<0.05);总满意度为87.88%(29/33),高于对照组的63.64%(21/33)(P<0.05)。结论肝硬化失代偿期腹水患者运用中满分消丸加减联合西医治疗,临床效果较西医常规治疗更好。

Objective To explore the effect of modified Zhongman Fenxiao pill combined with Western medicine in the treatment of de⁃compensated ascites in liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 66 patients with decompensated ascites due to liver cirrhosis in Dingnan Second Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into treatment group(modified Zhongman Fenxiao pill combined with Western medicine)and control group(Western medicine conventional treatment)according to treatment method,with 33 cases in each group.Statistical analysis of two groups of TCM syndrome scores,body weight,abdominal circumference,24-hour urine output,laboratory test indicators,clinical efficacy and satisfaction was carried out.Results The TCM syndrome scores of as⁃cites,abdominal pain,abdominal distension and fatigue in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the body mass was higher than that in the control group,24 h urine volume was higher than that of control group,and abdominal circumfer⁃ence,neutrophil percentage(NEU%),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and total bilirubin(TBIL)levels were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91%(30/33),which was higher than 69.70%(23/33)of control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the treatment group was 87.88%(29/33),which was higher than 63.64%(21/33)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Zhongman Fenxiao pill combined with Western medicine in the treatment of decompensated ascites in liver cirrhosis is more effective than conventional Western medicine.
