中药外敷缓解妇科手术后腹胀的中医护理体会

Experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing for External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Relieving Abdominal Distention after Gynecological Surgery

目的探究中药方外敷缓解妇科手术后腹胀的中医护理效果。方法选择2017年1月—2021年5月上饶市广信区妇幼保健院所收治的妇科手术后腹胀患者60例,采用随机抽样的方法均分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组予常规药物治疗和常规护理,包括监测生命体征、翻身及下床活动时间;试验组在对照组基础上予中药方外敷护理。对比两组患者护理后的肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间及护理总满意度。结果护理后,试验组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理总满意度为90.00%(27/30),高于对照组的63.33%(19/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予妇科手术后腹胀患者中药方外敷护理,可以减轻其腹胀程度,加快排气、排便时间,提升患者对中药方外敷护理法的总满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on relieving abdominal distension after gynecological sur⁃gery by external application of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Sixty patients with abdominal distension after gynecological sur⁃gery admitted to Guangxin District Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected.The period from January 2017 to May 2021 was used as the time range of this study.Random sampling methods were used to divide them into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine drug treatment and routine nursing,including monitoring vital signs,turning over and getting out of bed.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was given external treatment with Chi⁃nese prescription.The bowel sound recovery time,first exhaust time,first defecation time and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,intestinal ringing recovery time,first exhaust time and first defecation time of experi⁃mental group were shorter than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in experimental group was 90.00%(27/30),which was higher than that in control group(63.33%,19/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with abdominal distension after gynecological surgery,external applica⁃tion of traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the degree of abdominal pain,speed up the patient’s exhaust and defecation time,and improve the patient’s understanding of the external application of traditional Chinese medicine.Satisfaction is worthy of clinical pro⁃motion.
