薄型子宫内膜的中西医研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Thin Endometrium

人类辅助生殖技术日益成熟,但薄型子宫内膜(TE)患者的临床妊娠结局依旧不佳。中医学并无“薄型子宫内膜”的记载,对其治疗主要根据辨证分析从服药及针灸两方面进行。西医学认为此病主要高危因素包括高龄、感染、宫腔操作和药物等,治疗方法主要包括药物、再生医学等。目前TE的治疗方法多种多样,但效果仍不能令人满意。文章列举了TE的中、西医治疗方法,以期为临床提供参考,提高TE患者的妊娠率及活产率。

Human assisted reproductive technology is increasingly mature,but thin endometrium in patients with a poor clinical preg⁃nancy outcome.There is no record of“thin endometrium”in traditional Chinese medicine.According to syndrome differentiation analysis,the treatment of thin endometrium is mainly from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture and moxibus⁃tian.Western medicine believes that the main risk factors include old age,infection,uterine manipulation and drugs.Treatment mainly includes etiology treatment,drug treatment and regenerative medicine treatment and so on.At present,there are many treat⁃ments for thin endometrium,but the therapeutic effect is still not satisfactory.This paper listed the current treatment methods of tradi⁃tional Chinese and western medicine for thin endometrium,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and improve the preg⁃nancy rate and live birth rate of patients with thin endometrium.
