中医药诊疗原发性肝癌研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer

原发性肝癌是我国常见恶性肿瘤之一,现代医学针对该病主要采用侵入性手术和化疗等方法治疗,但效果欠佳,患者生存率低。该病属于中医“积”“血臌”等范畴,中医药诊疗该病有较好的效果。文章通过收集并整理近五年关于中医药临床治疗原发性肝癌的相关文献,分别从该病的病因病机、辨证分型和治法治则方面进行归纳总结,希望为临床诊疗原发性肝癌提供借鉴。

Primary liver cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in China.Modern medicine mainly uses invasive surgery and chemotherapy for this disease,but the postoperative effect is not good and the survival rate of patients is low.The disease belongs to the category of“accumulation”and“blood dropsy”in traditional Chinese medicine,which has a good effect on diagnosis and treat⁃ment of the disease.Through collecting and sorting out the relevant literature on the clinical treatment of primary liver cancer with tra⁃ditional Chinese medicine in the past five years,this paper summarized the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treat⁃ment principles of primary liver cancer,hoping to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer.
