摘要
老年教育是我国教育事业和老龄事业的重要组成部分。当前,我国老年教育存在主体多元、各主体条块分割、资源建设水平不高、资源较为分散等问题。基于共生理论框架,对老年教育资源整合层次进行梳理,聚焦老年教育资源共生系统的现实困境,厘清多元主体的利益诉求,尝试提出资源整合的优化路径,旨在驱动老年教育资源整合走向共建共享,助推老年教育高质量发展。
Seniors education is an important part of China's education and elderly care service.Currently,there are problems in seniors education in China such as diverse and segmented subjects,low level of resource construction and relatively scattered resources.Based on the framework of symbiosis theory,this paper combs the levels of seniors education resources integration,focuses on the realistic predicaments of the symbiotic system of seniors education resources,clarifies the interests and demands of multiple stakeholders,and tries to propose an optimized pathway for resource integration,aiming to drive the integration of seniors education resources towards co-construction and sharing,and promote the high-quality development of seniors education.
