银发经济赋能老年教育高质量发展的机理与路径

随着人口出生率的下降和平均寿命的逐渐延长,我国人口老龄化日益加深,同时也催生了规模宏大的银发经济市场。老年教育作为银发经济不可或缺的间接产业要素,发挥着二次开发银发人力资源、提升老年人生活技能、解决老年人生理和心理危机、帮助老年人建立良好的互助互娱新“朋友圈”等重要功能。基于生产要素理论视角,深入解析银发经济核心意涵、银发经济与老年教育的耦合关系,从产业规模、产业政策、产业需求等方面研究银发经济赋能老年教育的机理,从资源整合、教育供给、产教融合等方面探索银发经济赋能老年教育的实施路径。

With the sharp decline of the birth rate and the gradual extension of the average life span,the aging of the population in China is deepening,but at the same time,it has also led to the birth of a large-scale silver economy market.As an indispensable indirect industry element of the silver economy,elderly education plays an important role in the secondary development of silver human resources,improving the life skills of the elderly,solving their physiological and psychological crises,and helping them establish a good mutual aid and entertainment"circle of friends".Based on the perspective of production factor theory,this paper deeply analyzes the core meaning of the silver economy,the coupling relationship between the silver economy and elderly education,and studies the mechanism of empowering elderly education with the silver economy from the aspects of industry scale,industry policies,and industry demand.It explores the implementation path of empowering elderly education with the silver economy from the aspects of resource integration,education supply,and industry education integration.
