广州市花都区5534例人乳头瘤病毒28种基因分型感染特点分析

An analysis of 28 HPV genotypes and infection characteristics in 5534 female patients in Huadu District,Guangzhou

目的分析女性宫颈细胞人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)28种基因分型在广州市花都地区的感染情况及分布特点。方法选取2023年1月~12月在广州市中西医结合医院妇科门诊就诊的5534例女性患者,采用PCR+反向点杂交技术对宫颈脱落细胞样本进行28种HPV分型检测并分析。结果在5534例女性人群中,HPV感染率为26.1%,高危亚型感染率为17.4%,低危亚型为8.7%。高危亚型感染在17~25岁人群最高(33.7%);26~35岁,36~45岁感染率逐渐下降,46~55岁感染率又有所升高,≥56岁感染率达到22.9%,感染率整体呈现“盆地”趋势分布。低危亚型组感染率最高是≥56岁人群,为12.6%。不同年龄组人群高危亚型和低危亚型都以单一感染为主。各年龄组人群高危亚型前五名以16,39,52,53,58为主;低危亚型以81,54,44,61为主。结论广州市花都区妇科门诊女性人群HPV感染率为26.1%,以高危亚型感染为主,且以单一感染为主,高危亚型感染率17~25岁人群最高,16型,39型,52型,53型,58型是广州市花都地区女性最常见的感染型别。

Objective To analyze the infection and distribution characteristics of 28 genotypes of human papillomavirus(HPV)in female cervical cells in Huadu area of Guangzhou.Methods A total of 5534 female patients who were admitted to the gynecology clinic of Guangzhou Hospital of Intergrated Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2023 to December 2023,and 28 HPV types were detected and analyzed by PCR and reverse dotblot hybridization technology.Results Among the 5534 females,the prevalence of HPV infection was 26.1%,the prevalence of high-risk subtypes was 17.4%,and the prevalence of low-risk subtypes was 8.7%.High-risk subtypes were the highest in people aged 17~25 years(33.7%);26~35 years old,36~45 years old,the infection rate decreased gradually,46~55 years old,the infection rate increased again,≥56 years old,the infection rate increased to 22.9%,and the infection rate showed a"basin"trend as a whole.The highest prevalence in the low-risk subgroup was 12.6%in the>56-year-old population.The high-risk subtypes and low-risk subtypes of different age groups were dominated by single infection.The top five high-risk subtypes of each age group were 16,39,52,53 and 58;The low-risk subtypes were mainly 81,54,44 and 61.Conclusion The HPV infection rate of women in gynecological outpatient clinics in Huadu District,Guangzhou is 26.1%,mainly high-risk subtype infection,and mainly single infection,high-risk subtype infection rate is the highest in people aged 17~25 years,type 16,type 39,type 52,type 53 and type 58 are the most common infection types in women in Huadu District,Guangzhou.
