摘要
职业价值观是人们对职业生活总体观念的一种认知,是个体基于内外部环境形成的职业观念。由于受个体思维和社会环境的影响,当前工科院校大学生普遍存在职业认知度较低、职业价值取向多元化、职业评价务实化等特点。职业价值观教育与系统思维存在耦合性,审视工科院校职业价值观教育存在的诸多症结,运用系统思维的原理来探究解决思路和方法,可进一步突出目的性,强化顶层设计,实现教育原则的系统化;彰显层次性,优化教学设置,实现教育内容的系统化;着眼整体性,形成内外合力,实现教育方法的系统化;体现动态性,改善教育氛围,实现教育环境的系统化,从而提升大学生职业价值观教育的实效性。
Professional value is a kind of cognition of people's overall concept of professional life,which is formed by individuals based on the internal and external environment.Due to the influence of individual thinking and social environment,current college students of engineering colleges and universities generally have the characteristics of low professional awareness,diversified professional value orientation,and pragmatic professional evaluation.There is a coupling between vocational value education and system thinking.By examining the crux of vocational value education in engineering colleges and applying the principle of system thinking to explore solutions and methods,we can further highlight the purpose,strengthen the top-level design and realize the systematization of education principles.Highlight the hierarchy,optimize the teaching settings,and realize the systematization of educational content;Focus on wholeness,form internal and external resultant forces,and realize the systematization of educational methods;It embodies the dynamic,improves the educational atmosphere,and realizes the systematization of the educational environment,so as to enhance the effectiveness of the vocational values education for college students.
