摘要
对博爱-洛阳煤层气输气管道工程定向钻穿越黄河卵石层施工工艺进行总结。对于卵石层定向钻穿越,可采用套管对卵石层进行隔离,套管顶进至岩石层,确保施工过程中卵石层稳定。针对长距离岩石层穿越,采用双钻机对钻导向孔,在岩石层内进行对接。使用动力扩孔器进行双钻机同步扩孔,确保孔壁光滑顺畅,保证回拖顺利进行。优化泥浆配置,降低泥浆失水量,保证泥浆的护壁性、润滑性和与地层钻屑的亲和性,保证钻屑被包裹在泥浆胶体中,防止钻屑床的产生。向泥浆中添加环保型添加剂和堵漏剂,改变泥浆的流变性,使泥浆的流变参数达到防止冒浆和有效携带钻屑的要求。在不同的钻进阶段,采用不同的泥浆排量和采取不同的钻进施工技术,避免钻进过程中出现跑、漏、冒浆现象。
The construction technology of directional drilling crossing the pebble layer of the Yellow River in the Boai-Luoyang coalbed methane pipeline project is summarized.For directional drilling crossing the pebble layer,casing can be used to isolate the pebble layer,and the casing can be pushed into the rock layer to ensure the stability of the pebble layer during construction.For the long-distance rock layer crossing,dual drilling machines are used to drill guide holes and connect them within the rock layer.The power reamers are used for simultaneous reaming with dual drilling machines to ensure smooth hole walls and smooth pull-back.The mud configuration is optimized,the mud water loss is reduced,the mud wall protection,lubrication,and affinity with formation drilling cuttings are ensured,it is ensured that drilling cuttings are wrapped in mud colloids,and the formation of drilling cuttings beds is prevented.Environmentally friendly additives and plugging agents are added to the mud to change the rheological properties of the mud,so that the rheological parameters of the mud can meet the requirements of preventing mud leakage and effectively carrying drilling cuttings.At different drilling stages,different mud displacements and drilling construction techniques are adopted to avoid the occurrence of mud running,leakage,and mud leakage during the drilling process.
