摘要
目的研发一种正压生物防护头罩消毒柜,并观察其消毒效果。方法采用模拟现场和定性消毒试验方法,对生物防护头罩消毒柜的消毒效果进行观察。结果正压生物防护头罩消毒柜内紫外线照射120 min,头罩表面和不锈钢表面检出枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种存活菌数均≤1 cfu/mL。消毒柜通过外接过氧化氢蒸汽发生器能有效杀灭正压头罩内外及柜体内表面的嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌芽孢。结论该消毒柜对正压生物防护头罩消毒能满足生物安全要求。
Objective To develop a disinfection cabinet for positive pressure biological protective hood and assess its disinfection effect.Methods The simulated field and qualitative disinfection test were used to observe the disinfection effect of the biological protective hood disinfection cabinet.Results After UV irradiation for 120 min on positive pressure biological protective hood disinfection cabinet,the number of survival quantity of Bacillus subtilis var.niger on the surface of protective hood and stainless steel were less than 1 cfu/mL.The Bacillus stearothermophilus spores on inside and outside of the positive pressure hood and on the inner surface of the cabinet were effectively killed by external hydrogen peroxide generator.Conclusion The disinfection effect of cabinet to positive pressure biological protective hood is able to meet the requirements of biosafety.
