中国神经外科护理的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of neurosurgical nursing in China

目的分析中国神经外科护理领域的研究现状与发展方向。方法以“神经外科”和“护理”为篇名检索词,检索CNKI、万方和维普三大中文数据库从建库至2023年4月发表的神经外科护理相关文献,并对最终纳入的文献进行计量学分析。结果共纳入9441篇文献,发表于826种期刊。其中发文量最多的单位为赣州市人民医院,关键词频次最高的依次为护理质量、应用效果、肺部感染、危险因素、护理管理、护理干预、并发症、重症患者、细节护理和护理风险等。结论中国神经外科护理领域的文献发表量呈逐年上升趋势,主要发表在三级甲等医院,但研究深度和研究质量有待提高。

Objective To analyze the current status and development direction of research in the field of neurosurgical nursing in China.Methods Using“neurosurgery”and“nursing”as the title search terms,the literature related to neurosurgical nursing published in CNKI,Wanfang and VIP from establishment of the database to April 2023 was searched,and the final included literature was analyzed by metrology.Results A total of 9441 papers were included,published in 826 journals.The unit with the highest number of publications was Ganzhou People’s Hospital,and the highest frequency of keywords were,in order:quality of care,application effect,pulmonary infection,risk factors,nursing management,nursing intervention,complications,critical patients,detailed care and nursing risk.Conclusion The number of neurosurgical nursing articles published in China is increasing year by year,and the literature is concentrated in tertiary hospitals;however,the depth and quality of research in this field need to be improved.
