摘要
建筑工程涉及众多变量和不确定性因素,如市场价格波动、设计变更、施工条件变化等,这些都可能导致成本超出预算。为此,设计一种基于成本预测的建筑工程造价控制方法。计算成本数据的可信度分数,定义成本数据挖掘的关联规则,通过数据挖掘实现对建筑工程的成本预测分析。以BIM技术(建筑信息模型)为基础构建建筑工程造价控制模型,再利用遗传算法对其求解,进而得出了最佳的工程造价预算和成本数值,与传统应用方法相比较,本文研究方法能够使建筑工程造价得到显著降低。
Construction projects involve numerous variables and uncertainties,such as market price fluctuations,design changes,changes in construction conditions,etc.,all of which may lead to costs exceeding the budget.Therefore,design a construction project cost control method based on cost prediction.Calculate the credibility score of cost data,define the association rules for cost data mining,and achieve cost prediction analysis of construction projects through data mining.The article also constructs a construction project cost control model based on BIM technology(Building Information Modeling),and solves it using genetic algorithms to obtain the optimal project cost budget and cost values.Compared with traditional application methods,the research method in this article can significantly reduce the construction project cost.
