备战米兰冬奥会背景下我国冬奥会各项目发展状况及启示

Development Status and Implications of Winter Olympic Events in China in Preparation for the Milan Winter Olympics

本文以备战米兰冬奥会为研究背景,以竞技体育比较优势理论为研究依据,基于我国近3届冬奥会夺牌情况,探析我国冬奥会整体发展状况。结果显示:我国冬奥会比较优势项目增多,但仍有进步空间;比较潜优势项目的男女项目竞技实力失衡;比较弱势项目中雪上项目急需提升。据此,提出我国备战米兰冬奥会的启示:现阶段我国应巩固优势项目的夺牌优势,同时侧重优势小项的发展;依靠“跨界跨项选材”提升我国冬奥会竞技能力;加快建设冰雪体育产业建设,推动群众冰雪体育发展,夯实基础;归化具有爱国主义情怀的运动员,向冰雪体育强国借鉴和学习经验,“请进来,走出去”内外兼修。

This study,set against the backdrop of preparations for the Milan Winter Olympics,utilizes the theory of comparative advantage in competitive sports as a research framework.Drawing on China's medal-winning performance in the last three editions of Winter Olympics,it provides an analysis of the overall development status of China in Winter Olympics events.The findings reveal an increase in events where China has a comparative advantage,while also highlighting areas for potential improvement.The analysis also underscores a gender imbalance in the competitive strengths of certain events classified as having latent advantages,and identifies a pressing need for enhancements in snow events within weaker categories.As a result,the paper proposes strategic considerations for China's preparation for the Milan Winter Olympics:consolidating medal-winning advantages in favored events,prioritizing the development of niche advantages,enhancing the country's competitive capabilities in the Winter Olympics through"cross-disciplinary talent selection,"expediting the growth of the ice and snow sports industry to promote mass participation and fortify the foundation,naturalizing athletes with patriotic sentiments,learning from experiences of strong ice and snow sports nations,and pursuing a strategy of"bringing in"and"going out"for both domestic and international development.
