功能性动作筛查对青少年羽毛球运动员运动损伤预测研究

摘要 目的:探究青少年羽毛球运动员功能性动作筛查测试分值与运动损伤风险预测的关系。方法:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、测试法和数理统计法,对温州市体育运动学校27名青少年羽毛球运动员进行FMS测试分析,通过ROC曲线图和Youden指数确定损伤阈值。结果:温州市青少年羽毛球运动员FMS整体平均分为18.41分,其中过顶深蹲、肩部灵活性、躯干稳定俯卧撑以及旋转稳定性动作的得分较低,损伤风险阈值为17分,小于或等于17分的运动员损伤风险是高于该阈值运动员损伤风险的13倍。结论:(1)青少年羽毛球运动员整体功能性表现良好,在髋、膝、踝的灵活性方面表现突出,在腘绳肌柔韧性、肩关节双向对称灵活性和躯干稳定性方面存在不足。(2)运动员灵活性相较于稳定性表现更好。建议:对FMS得分在17分以下的运动员进行针对性训练干预,以降低运动损伤风险。 OBJECTIVE:This study aims to explore the relationship between scores obtained from functional movement screening(FMS)tests and the prediction of sports injury risk among adolescent badminton players.METHODS:Utilizing literature research method,questionnaire survey,testing,and statistical analysis,FMS tests were administered to 27 adolescent badminton players from Wenzhou Sports School.The injury threshold was determined through ROC curve analysis and the Youden index.RESULTS:The average FMS score for adolescent badminton players in Wenzhou was 18.41.Scores for movements such as the deep squat,shoulder flexibility,trunk stability push-up,and rotary stability were relatively low.The injury risk threshold was established at 17 points with players scoring 17 or below exhibiting a 13-fold higher risk of injury compared to those scoring above the threshold.CONCLUSIONS:(1)Adolescent badminton players demonstrated overall good functional performance,with notable flexibility in the hips,knees,and ankles,but exhibited deficiencies in hamstring flexibility,bilateral shoulder joint flexibility,and trunk stability.(2)Players displayed better flexibility than stability.SUGGESTION:Targeted training interventions should be implemented for players scoring below 17 on the FMS to mitigate the risk of sports injuries.
