Cultivating New-Quality Talent in sports,health and Wellness:A Study Based on the AGIL Model

本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,概述了体育康养新质人才培养,剖析了当前体育康养新质人才培养面临的挑战,梳理了体育康养新质人才所需的能力素质,并基于AGIL模型提出了体育康养新质人才的培养模式,以及课程体系改革、教学方法创新、实践教学资源开发、产教融合与校企合作等创新培养策略。

This paper employs literature research method and logical analysis to provide an overview of the cultivation of new-quality talent in sports,health and wellness.It analyzes the current challenges in this field,delineates the competencies and qualities required for cultivating new-quality talent in sports,health and wellness,and proposes a cultivation model for new-quality talent in sports,health and wellness based on the AGIL model.Additionally,the paper explores innovative training strategies,including curriculum system reform,teaching method innovation,practical teaching resource development,industry-education integration,and school-enterprise cooperation.
