蓄意隐喻理论的提出为隐喻研究提供了新的路径,我国学者对其核心观点和隐喻的三维分析模型进行了引介。近年来该理论得到了进一步补充和完善,主要体现在四维分析模型和隐喻慢加工的提出。本文首先对蓄意隐喻理论的核心观点进行回顾,然后重点围绕以上两个方面对该理论的最新发展进行介绍并结合实例进行分析和阐释,最后对该理论在未来的发展前景进行展望。

The Deliberate Metaphor Theory(DMT)has proposed a new avenue for metaphor research.Chinese scholars have already introduced its core principles and the three-dimensional analytical model.Recent years have seen the further refinement of this theory,particularly in the proposal of a four-dimensional analytical model and the slow processing of metaphor.This paper will start with an introduction of the core tenets of the Deliberate Metaphor Theory.Then it will e-laborate on the latest developments in the theory with the help of several examples.Finally,the perspective of this theory in future research will also be discussed.
