摘要
建设贯通大中小学外语教师云教研共同体,有利于数智时代我国外语教育范式、外语学科发展和卓越拔尖外语创新人才培养的转型升级。本文从三方面探讨了数智时代外语教师云教研共同体建设的价值意蕴:回应数智化时代外语教育改革的因应诉求,赋能外语教育和教师发展“一条龙”体系建设,以及运用系统思维破解传统外语教育的割裂沉疴。本文将共同体理论、共生理论、跨界学习理论和云连接论作为云教研共同体建设的理论基础,基于活动理论阐述其运行机制,提出四方面实践路径:一是明确云教研共同体的愿景和目标;二是强化共同体成员伦理责任;三是构建云教研共同体合作文化;四是重视共同体成果转化。
In the era of digitalization and Al,it's beneficial to establish the cloud teaching and research community which covers foreign language teachers in universities,colleges and primary and secondary schools in term of the transfor-mational development of foreign language education paradigm,the discipline development and the development of the top excellent personnel of foreign language.This paper explores the value connotations of cloud teaching and research commu-nity for foreign language teachers from three aspects:responding to the should-be reform requirements of foreign language education;empowering systematic construction of foreign language education and teacher development;and adopting sys-tematic thinking to solve with the problem of disconnectedness in traditional foreign language education.It employs the theories of community,coexistence,cross-border learning and cloud connectedness as rationales,elaborates its operating mechanism based on activity theory,and proposes four constructive strategies as follows:firstly,common vision and goals should be established;secondly,moral responsibilities of community members should be strengthened;thirdly,coopera-tive culture of cloud teaching and research community should be constructed;and lastly,the transformation of community outcomes should be highlighted.
