肺力咳合剂联合头孢噻肟对社区获得性肺炎患儿疗效及血清NF-κB、IL^(-1)7的影响

Effect of Feilike Mixture Combined with Cefotaxime on Therapeutic Effect and Serum NF-κB and IL-17 in Children with Community-Acquired Pneumonia

目的分析肺力咳合剂联合头孢噻肟对社区获得性肺炎患儿疗效及血清核因子κB(NF-κB)、白细胞介素17(IL-17)的影响。方法选取2021年6月~2022年6月高安市妇幼保健院收治的社区获得性肺炎患儿共77例为研究对象,分成联合组(n=39)与对照组(n=38),对两组给予不同的方案治疗。对照组采用头孢噻肟治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上服用肺力咳合剂。比较两组的治疗效果;临床症状(发热、气喘、咳嗽、肺部啰音)消失时间;治疗前后的小儿危重病例评分(PCIS)与临床肺部感染评分(CPIS);治疗前后的免疫功能(CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+)、血清NF-κB、IL-17水平。结果联合组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组的临床症状消失时间优于对照组(均P<0.05);联合组治疗后的PCIS与CPIS评分均优于对照组(均P<0.05);联合组治疗后的CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平均优于对照组(均P<0.05);联合组治疗后的NF-κB、IL-17水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论肺力咳合剂联合头孢噻肟能够有效改善社区获得性肺炎患儿的临床症状、提高免疫功能以及降低血清NF-κB、IL-17水平,对社区获得性肺炎患儿具有较好的治疗效果。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the therapeutic effect of Feilike mixture combined with cefotaxime on children with community-acquired pneumonia and the effects of serum nuclear factorκB(NF-κB)and interleukin-17(IL-17).METHODS A total of 77 children with community-acquired pneumonia admitted to Gao'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and divided into a combination group(n=39)and a control group(n=38),and the two groups were given different treatment plans.The control group was treated with cefotaxime,and the combinationgroup was treated with Feilike mixture on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Time for clinical symptoms(fever,asthma,cough,lung rales)to disappear.Pediatric critical illness score(PCIS)and clinical pulmonary infection score(CPIS)before and after treatment.Immune function(CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),serum NF-κB,IL-17 levels before and after treatment.RESULTS The effective rate in the combination group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in combination group was better than that in control group(all P<0.05).PCIS and CPIS scores in combination group were better than those in control group(all P<0.05).The levels of CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+in combination group were better than those in control group after treatment(all P<0.05).The levels of NF-κB and IL-17 in combination group after treatment were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).CONCLUSION Feilike Mixture combined with cefotaxime can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the immune function and reduce serum levels of NF-κB and IL-17 in children with communityacquired pneumonia,demonstrating a good therapeutic effect.
