基于文本挖掘视角的我国最新医学科研诚信政策特征分析

Analysis on the Characteristics of Chinas Latest Medical Research Integrity Policies Based on Text Mining Perspective

目的:全面梳理我国医学科研诚信最新政策,分析新时期政策特征和变化趋势,为医学科研诚信治理的实际需求提供科学依据。方法:借助Python及Gooseeker软件,采用高频词统计、共词分析、主题分析等方法对2018~2023年最新医学科研诚信政策进行文本挖掘。结果:共纳入医学科研诚信政策文本19篇,提取高频关键词30个,发现3个政策热点主题,包括医学科研项目监管、医学科研诚信体系建设和医学科研伦理治理等。结论:我国医学科研诚信建设进入快速发展时期,在科研诚信监管、科研诚信体系及制度建设和伦理治理等方面不断完善。针对医学领域,应重点做好法制建设与制度完善、科研诚信教育培训体系建设、科研评价与奖励机制优化、科研诚信监管智能化以及科研诚信文化建设等方面的工作,推动医学科研诚信工作持续、深入、健康地发展。

Objective To comprehensively sort out the latest policies on medical research integrity in China,analyze the characteristics and the change trend of the policies in the new period,and provide a scientific basis for the actual needs of medical research integrity governance.Methods With the help of Python and Gooseeker software,the latest medical research integrity policies from 2018 to 2023 were text-mined by using high-frequency word statistics,co-occurrence analysis,and theme analysis.Results A total of 19 research integrity policy texts were included,in which 30 high-frequency keywords were extracted,and three policy hot topics were obtained,including the regulation of medical research projects,the construction of medical research integrity system and the ethical governance of medical researches.Conclusion The construction of medical research integrity in China has entered a period of rapid development,with continuous improvement in research integrity regulation,research integrity system,institutional construction and ethical governance.For the medical field,it is necessary to focus on the construction of the legal system and system improvement,the construction of research integrity education and training system,the optimization of the mechanism for scientific research evaluation and rewards,the intelligent supervision of scientific research integrity,and the construction of research integrity culture,so as to promote the continuous,deep and healthy development of medical research integrity.
