摘要
节粮减损贯穿粮食生产、储存、运输、加工、餐饮消费等全产业链,构建节粮减损标准体系是《粮食节约行动方案》的重要目标之一,是支撑粮食全产业链节约减损的重要举措。本文聚焦于粮食收购、储存、运输、加工、销售等粮食流通环节,研究构建了标准体系结构图,梳理了标准明细表,并以《小麦》《二氧化碳气调储粮技术规程》《小麦粉》《油用米糠》等几项具有代表性的标准为例,阐述了标准技术指标与节粮减损的关系。某些指标看似与节粮减损无关,实际上与增加收购粮源、提高粮油加工出品率、节能降耗等关系密切,有必要在更高层次上认识节粮减损技术。
Food loss reduction runs through the entire industry chain,encompassing grain production,storage,transportation,processing,and consumption.The development of a comprehensive standard system to reduce food loss is one of the pivotal objectives of the Action plan for food loss reduction,and is the significant measure to reduce food loss across the grain industry chain.This paper focuses on the various stages of the grain circulation,including procurement,storage,transportation,processing,and sales,and studies the standard system diagram.It also listed the detailed standards,and uses a selection of key standards,such as Wheat,Code of practice for Carbon Dioxide Controlled Atmosphere Storage in Grain storage,Wheat Flou r and Rice Bran for edible oil,to illustrate the relationship between technical indicators in standards and food loss reduction.Although certain indicators might appear tangential to food loss reduction,they are intimately linked to increasing the resources for grain procurement,improving output for grain and oil processing,and bringing about energy saving benefits.It is necessary to recognize the food loss reduction technology at a higher level.
