摘要
本文研究了发达国家、地区和国际组织食品检验方法标准体系,总结了我国食品安全检验方法标准体系存在的问题,同时开展典型的食品安全检验方法国家标准与国际对应标准的可比性研究,通过分析食品安全检验方法国家标准与国际标准的协调性,提出了适合我国国情的食品安全检验方法标准体系建设建议,为我国食品安全检验方法标准制修订提供技术支持,也为我国检验方法标准转化为国际标准提供了参考。
This paper investigates the food inspection method standard system of developed countries,regions and international organizations,analyzes the problems existing in the food safety inspection method standard system of our country,and puts forward suggestions for the construction of food safety inspection method standard system suitable for our national conditions by carrying out comparative research on typical specific national standard inspection methods of food safety and international corresponding standards.It provides a reference for formulation and revision of China’s food safety inspection method,and recommends China’s inspection method standards as international standards.
