摘要
食用农产品安全作为食品安全的重要一环,面临着复杂多变的监管形势。江西省市场监管局针对食用农产品抽检中存在的检测效率低、风险变化快等问题,探索创新食用农产品抽检模式,建设全省联动的食品快检体系,通过标准体系、机构运行、考核评价、快检技术和信息化建设等手段,实现点位清晰、风险速控、降本增效的食用农产品监管新格局,促进食用农产品质量提升和结构升级。
The safety of edible agricultural products is an essential component of food safety,it faces a complex and evolving regulatory landscape.In response to issues such as low detection efficiency and rapid risk changes in the sampling inspection of edible agricultural products,the Jiangxi Administration for Market Regulation has explored innovative sampling inspection models for edible agricultural products,and established a province-wide integrated rapid food testing system,achieved through means such as standard systems、institutional operation、assessment and evaluation、rapid inspection technology and informatization construction.This has resulted in a new pattern of edible agricultural product supervision characterized by clear risk points、rapid risk control、cost reduction and efficiency enhancement,thereby promoting the improvement of the quality and upgrading of the structure.
