社会力量参与图书馆少儿阅读推广实践与思考——以宁波图书馆为例 被引量:1

摘要 社会力量参与图书馆少儿阅读推广工作有利于丰富少儿阅读推广的内容和形式,提升服务的质量与效能,更好地满足少年儿童的阅读需求。该文通过长期的实践案例分析,归纳了近年来宁波图书馆少儿阅读推广过程中社会力量的参与模式、成效及亮点特色。结果显示,志愿服务、合作参与、政府购买作为主要的社会力量参与模式,确实丰富了图书馆公共文化服务体系,大大提升了少儿阅读活动的质量和效能。未来,社会力量参与模式建议以遵循图书馆主导和公益性原则为基础,在搭建合作平台、完善参与制度体系、创新阅读活动、利用全媒体加强宣传推广等方面进一步提升少儿阅读推广的水平和质量。 The participation of social forces in the promotion of children's reading in libraries is conducive to enriching the content and form of children's reading promotion,improving the quality and efficiency of services,and better meeting the reading needs of children and adolescents.Through a long-term case study,this paper summarizes the modes,effectiveness and highlights of social forces'participation in the promotion of children's reading in Ningbo Library in recent years.The results show that volunteer service,cooperative participation and government purchase as the main participation modes of social forces have indeed enriched the public cultural service system of libraries,and greatly improved the quality and efficiency of children's reading activities.In the future,the participation model of social forces is proposed to further improve the level and quality of children's reading promotion in terms of building cooperation platforms,improving the participation system,innovating reading activities,and utilizing all-media to strengthen publicity and promotion on the basis of following the principles of library dominance and public welfare.
