非物质文化遗产档案资源建设的特殊性与创新策略

The Particularity and Innovative Strategies of Intangible Cultural Heritage Archive Resource Construction

文化遗产承载着中华民族的基因和血脉,保护文化遗产是推动文化传承发展的重要基础。档案在传承历史、赓续文脉方面有着独特优势,非物质文化遗产的存续和发展依赖于特定的社会文化环境,档案部门要不断强化和完善非遗档案管理,让档案更好地服务非遗保护与传承,扛起新时代新的文化使命。该文基于文化传承视角,以非物质文化遗产保护与档案工作价值为切入点,提出非物质文化遗产档案不可再生性、个体差异性、保护传承同步性等档案资源建设特殊性,给出档案资源赋能非遗文化系统性保护、数字化支撑非遗文化创造性转化、资源整合非遗文化创新性发展、技术创新活化非遗文化大众化宣传等非物质文化遗产档案资源建设创新策略,以期为当前非物质文化遗产保护传承、开发利用提供借鉴。

Cultural heritage carries the genes and blood of the Chinese nation,and protecting cultural heritage is an important basis for promoting cultural inheritance and development.Archives have unique advantages in inheriting history and continuing the context.The survival and development of intangible cultural heritage depend on a specific social and cultural environment.Archival departments should constantly strengthen and improve the management of intangible cultural heritage,so that archives can better serve the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage,and provide strong support for shouldering the new cultural mission in the new era.Based on the perspective of cultural inheritance and the value of intangible cultural heritage protection and archive work,this paper points out the particularities of the construction of intangible cultural heritage archives such as non-renewability,individual differences,and synchronicity of protection and inheritance.This paper presents innovative strategies for the construction of intangible cultural heritage archive resources,such as systematic protection of intangible cultural heritage enabled by archival resources,creative transformation of intangible cultural heritage supported by numbers,innovative development of intangible cultural heritage integrated by resources,and popularization of intangible cultural heritage activated by technological innovation,in order to provide references for the current protection,inheritance,development and utilization of intangible cultural heritage.
