摘要
进入数字化时代,随着信息技术的深入发展和智能化管理需求的上升,高校干部人事档案管理正面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。数字化转型对传统档案管理方式造成冲击的同时,也为提升管理效率提供了新途径。数字化管理系统提高了档案资料的利用率和干部档案工作效率,但同时存在用户操作复杂、隐私保护不足等问题。在不同高校背景下,数字化管理面临着机遇与挑战。该研究围绕高校人事档案数字化管理的实践探索,通过对高等院校干部人事档案的管理方法进行深入分析,揭示了数字化视域下人事档案管理的现状与问题。在此基础上,提出了数字化视域下高校干部人事档案管理优化策略,旨在通过技术和流程创新,促进高校干部人事档案管理工作的高效与安全。
Entering the digital age,with the deepening development of information technology and the increasing demand for intelligent management,the management of personnel files for university cadres is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.The digital transformation has not only impacted traditional archive management methods,but also provided new ways to improve management efficiency.The digital management system has improved the utilization rate of archival materials and the efficiency of cadre archival work,but at the same time,there are problems such as complex user operations and insufficient privacy protection.Under different university backgrounds,digital management faces both opportunities and challenges.This study focuses on the practical exploration of digital management of personnel files in universities.Through in-depth analysis of the management methods of personnel files for cadres in higher education institutions,it reveals the current situation and problems of personnel file management from a digital perspective.On this basis,optimization strategies for personnel file management of university cadres from a digital perspective are proposed,aiming to promote the efficiency and security of personnel file management of university cadres through technological and process innovation.
