高校图书馆知识服务新模式——面向科研项目的专利挖掘服务

摘要 为统筹推进知识产权强国建设,全面提升知识产权创造、运用、保护、管理和服务水平,很多高校开展了知识产权服务工作。高校图书馆作为知识产权信息服务的主要部门,相关工作需求不断增加,但是大多为专利信息的检索和查新,针对科研项目进行专利分析与挖掘的服务较少。该文结合目前高校发展的实际需求和高校图书馆的自身优势,探讨了图书馆服务转型的必要性及提供专利挖掘服务的优势;对高校图书馆面向科研项目开展专利挖掘的服务内容与服务模式进行了深入研究,最后给出了高校图书馆进行专利挖掘服务工作的建议,由此助力高校科研创新能力的培育,促进产学研相结合的知识产权的产生以及成果转化的实现。 In order to promote the construction of intellectual property power in a coordinated manner and comprehensively improve the level of intellectual property creation,application,protection,management and service,many universities have carried out intellectual property service work.As the main department of intellectual property information service,the university library has an increasing demand for relevant work,but most of them are patent information retrieval and search,and there are few patent analysis and mining services for scientific research projects.Combined with the actual needs of the development of universities and the strengths of university libraries,this paper discusses the necessity of library service transformation and the advantages of providing patent mining services.It conducts an in-depth study on the service content and service mode of university libraries to carry out patent mining for scientific research projects.Finally,it gives some suggestions on the patent mining service work of university libraries,so as to help cultivate the innovation ability of scientific research in universities,promote the generation of intellectual property combined with production,teaching and research,and realize the transformation of achievements.
