摘要
为了解决水平井连续油管带压钻磨桥塞工艺中井控风险高、井筒清理难度大、易卡钻等突出问题,开展了连续油管带压钻塞施工难点梳理分析、作业设备及钻塞工具优选、完善闭式循环地面流程、优化钻塞管柱结构设计和工艺参数等方面的研究,提出了两种工作液组合使用的新思路,并在HN油田XX凹陷风险探井Y1井应用。应用结果实现了井口控压高、钻扫水平段长、单趟钻塞数多等各项施工数据的突破;建立了HN油田XX凹陷深层页岩油井闷井溶塞-小油嘴放喷-带压钻塞的工艺流程,形成了满足长水平段连续油管带压钻塞配套工艺技术,可为今后同类型的作业提供技术支撑和经验借鉴。
In order to solve the problems of high well control risk,difficulty in wellbore cleaning,and easy sticking of drilling in pressurized drilling and bridging plug process of coiled tubing in horizontal wells,the difficulties in the construction of coiled tubing were analyzed,the selection of operating equipment and drilling tools was carried out,the closed cycle surface process was improved,and the structural design and technical parameters of drilling plugs were optimized.A new idea of combining the two working fluids was proposed,which was applied in Y1 well,a risk pre-exploration well in HN Oilfield,achieving a breakthrough in various construction data such as high wellhead pressure control,long horizontal section of drilling and sweeping,and large number of plugs in a single run,and establishing a technical process of braising and dissolving plugs-small nozzle blowout-hot drilling out for deep shale oil wells in XX Sag,HN Oilfield,which provides a good technical support and reference for similar operations in the future.
