异地办学高校和地域城市文化融合发展:理念、困境、路径——以南京林业大学淮安校区为例

The Integrated Development of Universities and Regional Urban Culture in Different Campuses: Concept, Dilemma and Path-Taking Huai'an Campus of Nanjing Forestry University as an Example

摘要 高校文化与地域城市文化相互融合、相互促进,为精准把握地域城市文化优势,利用高校文化创新成果赋能城市发展,推动异地办学高校文化与地域城市文化相互融合良性发展。该文阐释了高校和城市文化融合发展的理念,明确了两者的内在逻辑关系,以南京林业大学淮安校区为例,通过问卷调查、实地访谈等方式,剖析异地办学校地文化融合实践面临的文化目标定位存在差异、缺乏良好互动平台、资源缺乏共建共享等困境,提出转变传统观念构建校地文化发展命运共同体、构建交流平台推进校地文化融合理论研究、整合文化资源推进校地文化资源共享共建等措施路径实现校地文化融合发展。 University culture and regional city culture integrate and promote each other.In order to accurately grasp the advantages of regional city culture,to utilize the achievements of university cultural innovation to enable urban development,and to promote the healthy development of the integration of university culture and regional city culture,this paper explained the concept of the integration and development of university and urban culture,clarified the inherent logical relationship between the two.Taking Huai'an Campus of Nanjing Forestry University as an example,it analyzed the difficulties faced by the practice of local cultural integration in schools run in different places through questionnaires and field interviews,such as differences in cultural target positioning,lack of good interactive platforms,and lack of co-construction and sharing of resources.It proposed to change traditional concepts and build a community of common destiny for the development of local and school culture,build an exchange platform and promote the theoretical research on the integration of local and school culture,integrate cultural resources and promote the sharing and co-construction of school-local cultural resources and other measures to achieve the integrated development of school-local culture.
