铸牢中华民族共同体意识视域下广西高职院校“民族链”文化路径探究

铸牢中华民族共同体意识是在“中华民族多元一体格局”理念下,通过加强民族间的交往交流交融,提升不同民族间的政治、经济、文化、生活等的联系度、依存度。中华民族共同体意识下的广西高职院校“民族链”,坚持立德树人根本任务,强调以爱国主义为核心,以“链”的方式联动广西少数民族地区高职院校文化工作,重点提升高职院校师生对文化特别是民族文化的沉浸感和获得感,聚焦广西重点产业和技术领域的人才培养需要,指导广西高职院校文化育人工作的科学开展。该文通过“民族链”的文化路径,助力高职院校将新时代中国特色社会主义文化、中华优秀历史文化、少数民族文化等与地方职业教育人才培养需要相结合,探索地方创新型人才培养模式,推动地方高职院校发展步入提质培优新阶段。

Strengthening the sense of community among the Chinese nation is based on the concept of"the diverse and integrated pattern of the Chinese nation".By strengthening the integration between ethnic groups,it enhances the connection and dependence between different ethnic groups in politics,economy,culture and life.The"National Chain"of Guangxi vocational colleges under the consciousness of the Chinese national community adheres to the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,emphasizes patriotism as the core,and links the cultural work of vocational colleges in ethnic minority areas of Guangxi in a"chain"manner.The focus is on enhancing the immersion and sense of gain of vocational college teachers and students in culture,especially ethnic groups,focusing on the talent cultivation needs of key industries and technical fields in Guangxi,and guiding the scientific development of cultural education work in Guangxi vocational colleges.Through the cultural path of the"National Chain",we aim to assist vocational colleges in integrating the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,excellent historical culture of China,and ethnic minority culture of the new era with the needs of local vocational education talent cultivation,explore innovative talent cultivation models,and promote the development of local vocational colleges into a new stage of improving quality and excellence.
