“三全育人”视域下高校文化育人优化路径研究

Study on the Optimal Path of University Culture Education from the Perspective of"Three-Whole Education"

新时代党和国家提出“三全育人”教育理念。自该理念提出后,各个高校积极贯彻落实,取得了良好的教育效果。文化育人是“三全育人”体系的重要内容,同时也是高校落实“三全育人”理念的重要举措,对高校教育发展有重要意义。该文在“三全育人”视域下,探讨了高校文化育人的优化路径,通过分析当前高校文化育人现状,指出近几年高校在文化育人方面所进行的实践,同时也明确其中存在的文化单一化、教育导向过强等问题。然后在此基础上,提出了“三全育人”视域下高校文化育人优化路径,涉及拓宽文化育人内容、创新文化育人形式、强化文化育人效果等方面,旨在使高校文化育人的整体质量得到进一步的提升。

In the new era,the Party and the state have put forward the educational concept of"Three-Whole Education".Since the concept was proposed,various universities have actively implemented it and achieved good educational results.Cultural education is an important part of the"Three-Whole Education"system,and it is also an important measure for universities to implement the,which is of great significance to the development of higher education.This article explores the optimization path of cultural education in universities from the perspective of"Three-Whole Education".By analyzing the current situation of cultural education in universities,it points out the practices that universities have carried out in cultural education in recent years,and also clarifies the problems of cultural singularity and strong educational orientation.On this basis,an optimization path for cultural education in universities was proposed from the perspective of"Three-Whole Education",which involves expanding the content of cultural education,innovating the forms of cultural education,and strengthening the effectiveness of cultural education,all of which are aimed at further improving the overall quality of cultural education in universities.
