乡村治理语境下农民精神风貌变迁及其提升对策探析——以聊城市为例

Analysis of the Changes of Farmers' Spiritual Outlook and Their Countermeasures in the Context of Rural Governance-Taking Liaocheng as an Example

乡村治理是国家治理的重要组成部分,是实现乡村全面振兴的重要保障。农民作为乡村的主体,展现出来的精神风貌一定程度上反映出当地的乡村治理水平,因此有必要对农民精神面貌现状进行研究,并对消极精神面貌及原因进行分析,提出相应的解决措施。该研究以黄河流域鲁西段乡村作为调研对象,从农民自我身份认同、乡村伦理关系、乡村礼俗秩序、农民文化和情感需求等维度进行田野调查,分析当地农民精神风貌的变迁与表现。研究发现,在现代化进程中农民精神风貌存在与乡村社会现代化变迁不匹配的消极表现,剖析其成因,从推进乡村“三产融合”、创新治理模式、发挥文化教化功能、满足农民精神需求4个方面提出了对应的解决路径,为未来农村精神文明建设提供启发和借鉴,为乡全面村振兴战略的推进提供精神支撑。

Rural governance is an important part of national governance and an important guarantee for rural revitalization.Therefore,it is necessary to study the current situation of farmers'spiritual outlook,analyze the negative mental outlook and its causes,and put forward corresponding solutions.In this study,we conducted a field survey on the rural areas in the western section of the Yellow River Basin from the dimensions of farmers'self-identity,rural ethical relations,rural etiquette and order,farmers'cultural and emotional needs,and analyzed the changes and manifestations of local farmers'spiritual outlook.The study finds that in the process of modernization,there is a negative manifestation of the mismatch between the spiritual outlook of farmers and the modernization of rural society,analyzes its causes,and puts forward corresponding solutions from four aspects:promoting the integration of rural"three industries",innovating the governance model,giving full play to the function of cultural education,and meeting the spiritual needs of farmers,so as to provide inspiration and reference for the construction of rural spiritual civilization in the future and provide spiritual support for the promotion of rural revitalization strategy.
