文化共建共享的社会融合功能及实现机制研究

Research on the Social Integration Function and Implementation Mechanism of Cultural Co-Construction and Sharing

文化共建共享是社会融合的重要手段,通过文化共建共享可以增强文化与经济、社会等之间的结构互动,弱化空间区隔;可以强化共识共治、破除精神区隔;可以为其他领域减小制度区隔提供理念和政策样本。该文在介绍文化共建共享的社会融合功能的基础上分析了文化共建共享促进社会融合过程中存在的主要问题,包括社会力量参与文化建设的渠道未打通、移民城市的文化认同有待加强、部分群体的文化诉求未得到有效满足、文化的社会治理功能未得到充分重视等,最后提出文化共建共享促进社会融合的实现机制,要充分发挥文化的社会融合功能,必须从完善体制机制入手。

Cultural co construction and sharing are important means of social integration.Through cultural co construction and sharing,we can enhance the structural interaction between culture,economy,society,etc.,weaken spatial barriers,strengthen consensus and governance,break down spiritual barriers,and provide conceptual and policy samples for reducing institutional barriers in other fields.On the basis of introducing the social integration function of cultural co construction and sharing,this article analyzes the main problems that exist in the process of promoting social integration through cultural co construction and sharing,including the lack of channels for social forces to participate in cultural construction,the need to strengthen the cultural identity of immigrant cities,the cultural demands of some groups not being effectively met,and the social governance function of culture not being fully valued.Finally,it proposes the implementation mechanism of promoting social integration through cultural co construction and sharing.To fully leverage the social integration function of culture,it is necessary to start with improving institutional mechanisms.
