兼顾学科性和师范性培养师范生职业能力探析

Cultivating Teacher’s Professional Abilities of Normal University Students from Perspective of Combining Discipline Literacy and Pedagogical Literacy

摘要 师范生教师职业能力包括师德践行能力、教学实践能力、综合育人能力和自主发展能力四个方面,教师职业能力与师范生的学科素养和师范素养紧密相关。针对当前师范生教师职业能力培养存在的问题,提出师范教育中教师职业能力培养的路径,以及师范生教学实践能力训练和教育实习的准入考核机制的具体做法,以期提升师范生就业竞争力,促进教育高质量发展。 The professional abilities of normal university students include four aspects:ethical practice ability,teaching practice ability,comprehensive education ability,and self-development ability.The professional abilities of normal university students are closely related to their discipline literacy and pedagogical literacy.In this paper,in view of several issues on cultivating the teacher’s professional abilities of the normal university students,some approaches of cultivating the teacher’s professional abilities of the normal university students are put forward.Especially,the training of the practical teaching abilities and the evaluating regulations of entry qualifications of education practice are introduced in detail.The aim of these practices is to enhance the competitiveness of employment of the normal university students and promote the high-quality development of education.
