摘要
过氧化氢作为一种强氧化剂,在化工、医药、环保、电子等多个领域有着广泛的应用。本文通过全面分析过氧化氢生产工艺中存在的主要危险因素,包括原料与产品的不稳定性、操作过程中的火源控制、设备腐蚀与泄漏风险等,提出一系列针对性的防控措施,以降低事故风险,保障生产安全。
As a strong oxidant,hydrogen peroxide is widely used in chemical industry,medicine,environmental protection,electronics and otherfields.This article proposes a series of targeted prevention and control measures through a comprehensive analysis of the main risk factors in the hydrogen peroxide production process,including instability of raw materials and products,fire source control during operation,equipment corrosion and leakage risks,etc.To reduce the risk of accidents and ensure production safety.
