摘要
某重整抽提装置E601A/B换热器管束出现内漏,抽出管束后宏观检验、壁厚检测、化学成分分析、力学性能检测、能谱检测等一系列检验进行失效原因分析,确定管束泄漏的主要原因是介质中含有较高的Cl、S腐蚀性元素,据此提出了具体的建议及措施。
The internal leakage of the heat exchanger tube bundle of a reforming extraction device E601A/B occurred.After the tube bundle was extracted,a series of tests such as macroscopic inspection,wall thickness inspection,chemical composition analysis,mechanical performance inspection and energy spectrum inspection were carried out to analyze the failure causes.It was determined that the main cause of the tube bundle leakage was the high content of Cl and S corrosive elements in the medium.
