新能源汽车产业是发展新质生产力的重要引擎。北京作为中国新能源汽车产业的先行者,不仅拥有成熟的新能源整车产线,还建成了全球首个网联云控式高级别自动驾驶示范区。《北京市“十四五”时期高精尖产业发展规划》明确提出要建设成为世界级的智能网联汽车科技创新策源地和产业孵化基地。本文深入探讨了新质生产力的基本内涵、新能源汽车产业的新质生产力特征,分析了北京市新能源汽车产业发展现状和面临挑战,并从战略重塑、创新赋能、智能升级、绿色发展、引智提质等五个方面提出了北京市新能源汽车产业加速形成新质生产力路径建议,以期推动北京市新能源汽车产业的高端化、智能化、绿色化发展。

The new energy automobile industry is an important engine for the development of new quality productivity.As a pioneer in China's new energy automobile industry,Beijing not only has a mature new energy vehicle production line,but also has built the world's first Inter-net-connected cloud-controlled high-level autonomous driving demonstration zone.The"Beijing High-tech Industry Development Plan"during the"14th Five-Year Plan"clearly proposes to build into a world-class intelligent network automobile technology innovation source and industrial incubation base.This paper deeply discusses the basic connotation of new quality productivity and features of new quality productivity of new energy automobile industry,analyzes the development status and challenges of Beijing's new energy automobile industry,and puts forward suggestions on ways to accelerate the formation of new quality productivity of Beijing's new energy automo-bile industry from five aspects,including strategic reshaping,innovation empowerment,intelli-gent upgrading,green development,and intelligence introduction and quality improvement.In order to promote the high-end,intelligent and green development of Beijing's new energy automo-bile industry.
