摘要
兽药生产过程产生大量含盐高浓有机废水,成分复杂、可生化性差,难以满足生物处理进水要求。本文以典型兽用抗生素—泰妙菌素生产废水为处理物料,基于机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)蒸发系统开展实验研究,验证工艺可行性。结果表明:系统运行过程蒸发冷凝液出水水质稳定,COD平均值为2795mg·L^(-1),达到生物处理进水要求;随着浓缩倍数增加,系统蒸发量降低、运行功率升高,运行经济性下降;当浓缩倍数为12倍时,采用“MVR蒸发+浓缩液滚筒刮板干燥”工艺处理成本最低,为70.1元/t。
In the process of veterinary medicine production,a large amount of high-concen-tration organic wastewater containing salt is produced,which is difficult to meet the requirements of biological water treatment because of its complex composition and poor biodegradability.This paper presents an experimental study to investigate the feasibility of Mechanical vapor recompres-sion(MVR)systems for veterinary medicine wastewater treatment by employing a set of MVR system as experimental equipment and the wastewater from the tiamulin production process as liquid medium.The results showed that the effluent quality of condensate is stable with a COD average value of 2795 mg·L^(-1),which meets the requirements of biological treatment.As the con-centration ratio increases,the system evaporation decreased,and the power consumption increased,and operating economy decreased.Moreover,an optimal concentration ratio of 12 existed for minimizing the operation cost to 70.1 yuan/t by the process of“MVR evaporation+roller scraper drying of the concentrated solution”.
