摘要 数字工艺是实现智能制造的基石,目前已成为推动船舶工业实现数字化转型、网络化协同、智能化变革的核心关键。在船舶数智化转型升级与高质量发展背景下,国内外先进造船企业纷纷探索数字工艺技术的研发与应用。文章介绍了国内外船舶企业数字工艺技术应用现状,从工艺规划、仿真与执行等方面探讨船舶总装建造数字化工艺技术发展,研究结果可为船舶工艺数字化与设计制造高效协同提供技术参考。 Digital process is the cornerstone of intelligent manufacturing,and has become the core key to promote the shipbuilding industry to achieve digital transformation,network collaboration,and intelligent change.Under the background of digital transformation and high-quality development of the shipbuilding industry,domestic and foreign advanced shipbuilding enterprises have been exploring the research and application of digital process technology.This paper introduces the current application status of digital manufacturing technology in shipbuilding enterprises at home and abroad is introduced,and the development of ship assembly and construction digital process technology is discussed from the perspectives of process planning,simulation,and execution,which can provide technical reference for the digitalization of ship manufacturing and efficient coordination with design and manufacturing.
