摘要
今广州市艺术博物院藏《容祖椿画扇册页》为容庚旧藏,全套收录容祖椿画花鸟百余种,后有容庚、启功、孙海波、秦仲文、商衍鎏等人题跋。一方面,此册页为岭南画家容祖椿晚年人生境遇的写照,折射出20世纪30年代中期以后偏向传统的画家在广州市立美术学校的边缘地位;另一方面,容庚等人在此册页留下的题跋,反映出北平沦陷时期书画圈的生存状况。
The Rong Zuchun's Album of Fan Paintings currently collected in the Guangzhou Museum of Art was once part of Rong Geng's collection.The complete set includes over a hundred types of flowers and birds painted by Rong Zuchun,followed by inscriptions by Rong Geng,Qi Gong,Sun Haibo,Qin Zhongwen,Shang Yanliu,and others.On one hand,this album reflects the life circumstances of the Lingnan painter Rong Zuchun in his later years,mirroring the marginal status of painters inclined towards tradition in Guangzhou Municipal Art School after the mid-1930s.On the other hand,the inscriptions left by Rong Geng and others in this album reflect the survival conditions of the calligraphy and painting circle in Beiping during the occupation period.
