冰雪类项目训练在初中体育课程教学中的研究

摘要 随着2022年北京冬奥会的成功举办,冰雪运动在中国得到了空前的重视和发展。将冰雪类项目训练引入初中体育课程教学,对于普及冰雪运动、培养优秀冰雪人才、推动“三亿人参与冰雪运动”目标的实现具有重要意义。该文在分析冰雪类项目融入初中体育教学背景的基础上,指出了当前冰雪训练在初中体育课堂中存在的问题,如冰雪场地缺乏、学生参与度不高、安全隐患多等,并从强化基础训练、加大练习力度、观摩冰雪赛事、加强项目宣传、进行陆地模拟、客观评价学生、提升师资水平等方面,提出了一系列切实可行的对策建议。通过学校、教师、学生等多方共同努力,定能找到符合初中生身心特点的冰雪项目教学模式,真正将冰雪运动落到实处,惠及更多学生。 With the successful hosting of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,ice and snow sports have received unprece dented attention and development in China.Introducing ice and snow sports training into middleschool physical education curriculum is of great significance for popularizing ice and snow sports,cultivating excellent ice and snow talents,and promoting the realizationof the goal of"300 million people participating in ice and snow sports".On the basis of analyzing the background of integrating ice and snow sports intomiddle school physical education teaching,this paper points out the problems that currently exist in ice and snow training in middle school physical education classrooms,such as the lack of ice and snow venues,low students'participation,and many safety hazards.A series of practical and feasiblecountermeasures and suggestions are proposed from strengthening the basic training,increasing practice intensity,observing ice and snow events,strengthening project promotion,conducting the land simulation,objectively evaluatingthe students,and improving the teacher level.Through the joint efforts of schools,teachers,students,and other parties,we can definitely find the teaching mode for ice and snow sports that meetsthe physical and mental characteristics of middle school students,truly implementing ice and snow sports and benefiting more students.
