In theage of information technology,information technology has become a commonly used tool for teaching management and a new path for teaching reform and innovation.Applying information technology inteaching can improve both teaching quality and efficiency.Therefore,with the background of information technology,it is necessary to apply information technology to teaching practice,run through the entire teaching process,and help teaching overcome difficulties and bottlenecks.The paper takes high school physical education teaching as an example to analyze the significance and path of applying information technology for teaching innovation,hoping to provide direction and guidance for teaching reform.
