摘要
《义务教育体育与健康课程标准(2022年版)》明确指出:健康教育包括健康行为与生活方式、生长发育与青春期保健、心理健康、疾病预防与突发公共卫生应对、安全应急与避险五个领域。主要帮助学生逐步养成健康与安全的行为习惯和生活态度。随着社会变革与人们对全面发展的关注,小学体育教学中融入学生心理健康教育成为备受瞩目的议题。该文旨在深入探讨如何在小学体育课程中有效地融入心理健康教育,促使学生在身体锻炼的同时,培养积极心态、良好情感表达和团队协作等心理健康素养。通过系统的课程设计和实践研究,该文旨在为小学体育教师提供创新的教学策略,促进学生身心全面发展,助力培养更具健康心理素质的新一代。
"Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 edition)"clearly points out that health education includes five areas:healthy behaviorsand lifestyles,growth and development and adolescent health care,mental health,disease prevention and public health emergencies,and safety emergenciesand risk avoidance.It mainly hel|ps students gradually develop healthy and safe behavioralhabits and life atitudes.With the social change and people's attention to the overall development,the integration of students'mental health education in primary schoo physical education has become a topie of great interest.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to efectively integrate mental health education into the physical education curriculum of primary school,so as to encourage students to cultivate positive attitude,good emotional expression and team cooperation while exerrcising.Through systematic curiculum design and practical research,this.paper aims to provide innovative teaching strategies for primary school physical education teachers to promote students"overall physical and mental development,and to help cultivate a new generation with healthier psychological qualities.
