摘要
校园足球人才的知识结构为胜任足球课堂教学、熟悉课余足球训练和足球竞赛组织、具备基本的足球教学改革能力以及广博的足球文化知识。通过研究发现,采取“2+(0.5+0.5)+1”的培养模式,即通过两年的基础知识和技能学习,结合第三年的实践和基础知识的学习,以及第四年的实习,满足校园足球发展的需要,学生的能力得到显著提高,知识结构得到优化。
The knowledge structure of campus football talents is competent in football classroom teaching,familiar with the after-school football training andfootball competition organization,possessingthe basic football teaching reform abilityas well as broad knowledge of football culture.Through the research,it is found that thecultivationmode of"2+(0.5+0.5)+1",i.e.,through two years of basic knowledge and skillslearning,combined withthe third year of practice and basic knowledge learning,and the fourth year of internship,which meets the needs of the development of campus football,the students'ability is significantly improved and the knowledge structure is optimized.
