“技能河南、人人持证”背景下应用型高校休闲体育专业人才培养的实践探究

A Practical Exploration of Talent Cultivation of the Leisure Sports Majors in Applied Colleges and Universities under the Background of"Skills in Henan,Ev-eryone Certificated"

摘要 郑州商学院作为应用型高校积极响应省政府有关“技能河南,人人持证”的各项政策,同时立足学生技能需求与学校专业发展,积极探索技能型人才的培养路径。郑州商学院体育学院立足休闲体育专业建设的国家标准探求与“技能河南,人人持证”中社会体育指导员证书的国家标准的契合点,将两者的标准融入课程革新。通过文献法、调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,探求课证融合的道路,体育学院通过进行课程改革、师资培训、过程性考核方式等方法,提升学生的就业能力和工作能力,缩短学生的工作适应期,提高学生就业率、就业满意率,促进学生高水平就业,助力行业发展。 As an application-oriented university,Zhengzhou Business School actively responds to the various policies of the provincial government regarding"Skillsin Henan,everyone certificated".At the same time,based on the skill needs of students and the professional development of the school,it actively explores the cultivation path of skilled talents.Based on the national standards for the construction of leisure sports majors,Zhengzhou Business School of Physical Education explores the convergence point between the national standards for the social sports instructor certificate in"Skills in Henan,everyone certificated",integrating the standards of both into the curriculum reform,exploring the path of integrating curriculum certification through methods such as literature review,survey,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis,to explore the path of integration of the course certificate,the Physical Education College enhances students'employability and working competence through curriculum reform,teacher training,and process assessment methods,shortens their workingadaptation period,increases their employment rate and satisfaction rate,and promotes their high-levle elmployment,helping the development of the industry.
