摘要
随着信息技术的不断发展,高校“花样跳绳”开始尝试微课+翻转课堂等新型教学模式,引入到课堂教学中,进而适应新时期教学改革发展。花样跳绳具有深厚文化底蕴,以及广泛群众基础的民族传统体育项目,其教学方式也亟待改革和创新。因此该文旨在探讨微课+翻转课堂在高校“花样跳绳”课程中的应用效果,以期为该课程的教学改革提供有益的参考。
With the continuous development of information technology,colleges and universities have begun to try new teaching modes such as micro-lessons+flipped classroom,which are introduced into classroom teaching,so as to adapt to the development of teaching reform in the new era.Fancy rope skipping is a traditional national sport with deep cultural heritage and a broad mass base,and its teaching methods are also in urgent need of reform and innovation.Therefore,the purpose of this paper aims to explore the application effect of micro-lessons+flipped classroom in the"fancy rope skipping"course in colleges and universities,in order to provide a useful reference for the teaching reform of this course.
