Optimization Path of Collaborative Co-governance Model of Super-large Platforms under ESG Concept

超大型平台公司的治理情况对平台用户的个体利益以及社会公共利益具有重大影响。现有的超大型平台治理模式主要有两类:二元治理与协同共治。二元治理模式在促进超大型平台可持续发展与保护社会公众利益方面存在不足;协同共治模式因行业协会和社会公众的参与,相对于二元治理更具治理优势,但也可能存在各主体的治理行为不恰当、主体之间难以协调配合等问题。作为一种可持续发展理念,ESG以多主体共治为基础,显然与协同共治更契合。ESG理念既关注企业的合法性和可持续性,强调义利并举和价值关怀,又致力于营造可持续发展的社会生态。引入ESG理念能够为多元主体提供交流途径与协调利益冲突,使各方主体的治理行为形成体系性治理网络,进而有效促进各主体之间的协作配合以化解“协同”困境。

The governance of super-large platform companies has a significant impact on the individual interests of platform users and social public interests.Currently,there are two main governance models of the super-large platforms,namely,dual governance and collaborative governance.The dual governance model has shortcomings in promoting the sustainable development of super-large platforms and protecting the interests of the public.Due to the participation of industry associations and the public,the collaborative governance model has more governance advantages than dual governance.However,there are also problems in this model such as the inappropriate governance behaviors of various subjects and the difficulty of coordination and cooperation among subjects.As a concept of sustainable development,ESG concept is based on multi-subject co-governance and is compatible with collaborative co-governance.The concept of ESG not only focuses on the legitimacy and sustainability of enterprises,but also emphasizes the simultaneous development of justice and benefit and value care,and is committed to creating a sustainable social ecology.The introduction of ESG concept can provide communication channels and coordinate interest conflicts for multiple subjects,so that the governance behaviors of various subjects form a systematic governance network,and then effectively promote the cooperation among various subjects to resolve the“collaboration”dilemma.
