摘要
文章基于2000-2016年中国海关企业数据库,实证研究了人力资本对中国31个省份企业出口产品质量的影响。结果显示,各省份企业出口产品质量和人力资本具有显著的正向关系;进一步研究发现,人力资本可以通过促进地区创新和劳动生产率提升各省份企业出口产品质量;异质性检验发现,人力资本扩张促进了东部地区企业出口产品质量的提升,且人力资本扩张能够提升劳动密集型和技术密集型行业的出口产品质量。
This paper empirically examines the impact of human capital on the quality of export products of enterprises in 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities of China,using data from the China Customs Enterprise Database from 2000 to 2016.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the quality of export products and human capital of enterprises.Further research finds that human capital can improve the quality of export products by promoting regional innovation and labor productivity.The heterogeneity test finds that the expansion of human capital promotes the improvement of the quality of export products of enterprises in the eastern region.And the expansion of human capital can improve the quality of export products in labor-intensive and technology-intensive industries.
