贵州省伤口专科护士培训指导教师带教体验的质性研究

摘要 目的本研究旨在探索贵州省伤口专科护士培训过程中,指导教师的实际教学经验,以了解贵州省伤口专科护士培训的成效和存在的问题,从而为进一步优化伤口专科护士的培训计划和改进教学方法提供有力的参考和依据。方法采用目的抽样法,选择了8名伤口专科护士,并使用质性研究中的现象学方法对他们进行了面对面和半结构式的访谈,应用Colaizzi内容分析法对访谈的资料进行整理和分析。结果提炼出3个核心主题,分别是培训后学员的收获、培训中及培训完成后存在的问题和对改善培训的思考。结论贵州省伤口专科护士培训工作取得了一定的成效,但仍存在一些明显的不足,如师资质量有待进一步提高、学员基础水平参差不齐、培训内容不够完善等。因此,希望相关部门能够对伤口专科护士培训中出现的问题给予足够的重视,完善培训方案,提高培训的整体质量。 Objective To explore the teaching experience of instructors during the training of nurse specialist of wound care in Guizhou Province,to understand the effectiveness of and problems in the training,and to provide reference for further optimizing the training of nurse specialist of wound care.Methods Using purposive sampling,8 instructors of nurse specialist of wound care were selected.A face-to-face semi-structured survey was conducted using phenomenological methods in qualitative research,and Colaizzi content analysis was applied to analyze the data.Results Three core themes were extracted,including the gains of trainees,challenges encountered during training,and reflections on optimizing training.Conclusion Guizhou Province has achieved some success in the training of nurse specialist of wound care,but there are still some obvious shortcomings such as the need to further improve the quality of teaching staff,varied levels of trainees,and imperfect training content.Therefore,relevant departments should pay sufficient attention to the problems in the training of nurse specialist of wound care,improve the training program,and enhance the overall quality of training.
